Maintenance Contracts
Having a first class telephone system is important but doesn't give any guarantees. Without having a maintenance contract in place even a trivial problem could cut your communication with customers and suppliers. The contract is there to protect any failures and faults on your system such as; repairing/replacing defective system components, providing cover for system breakdown , repair/replacement of key system phones.

Contracts are available on a 4, 8 or 16 hour response, which means your system would never be down for long.

In the unfortunate event of a fault on your system, without there being a contract in place, you could be charged a huge call-out fee, a hefty hourly rate plus parts.
